5. Known Issues

Issue: occasional system freezes on Dell Mini 9 running UNR 1.0.1
Workaround: add kernel options hpet=disabled and acpi_osi=Linux. 

The following describes how to do this:
- edit the file /boot/grub/menu.lst
- edit the following line 

  kernel /boot/vmlinuz-2.6.24-19-lpia ro boot=disk quiet splash

  change to:
  kernel /boot/vmlinuz-2.6.24-19-lpia ro boot=disk quiet splash hpet=disabled acpi_osi=Linux

- save the file
- reboot the system
